Import your products
With one click we can import all of your Shopify products including all variants onto our warehouse management system, with our one click importer you do not have to manually add products and we can obtain all the information we require for use in adding your stock to our system as well as fulfilling your Shopify orders for you.
It is a simple case of linking our system with your Shopify store, then clicking on import and magically all of your Shopify products for sale appear on our fulfilment centre control panel, you then have full control of your stock and products.
Sync stock
Once your Shopify products are listed on our warehouse software you have the facility to sync the stock across platforms and directly with your Shopify store. You can set your stock to automatically sync so when we receive stock in our warehouse from your manufacturers or wholesalers the stock we add to our system can seamlessly update your online store, ensuring your products are never out of stock, we can also adjust stock levels when we ship goods out as well as the facility to manually send a stock sync over should you need to.
Import orders
Our system automatically pulls any paid for but unfulfilled orders directly to our warehouse PDA computers and workstations, you can set what countries you want us to deliver to and filter out specific orders or products that you do not require us to fulfil such as Gift Vouchers etc. Additional filters can also be applied, contact us with your specific requirements, we can accommodate most requests for bespoke Shopify API feeds, by setting a few variables on our system you can decide what orders, products and locations you would like us to ship to, our automated system will do the rest, you can also set specific shipping methods to match your shipping methods on your Shopify store.
Shopify fulfil orders
Once an order is received onto our system in our fulfilment centre, our super efficient staff get to work picking your products on the order, we use high tech PDA devices and scan in all picks before the orders can be packed and shipped, this reduces errors and ensure the exact products that your Shopify customers buy are the exact products we pick for that order, our accuracy rate is over 99.98% for picking

Once the orders have been picked they are passed on to one of our packing stations containing all the equipment to pack and ship your order, all products are once again scanned to make sure we have the right products for the right order, we then generate the postage labels, you can set the postal service you require for your Shopify Orders in your Storeship control Panel.
Once an order has been packed and postal labels applied we then check weight the package to ensure once again the weight is what it should be with our weight calculators, we finally register any tracking numbers to our system and then we take an image of the final packed box and label for total piece of mind and to help with any postal claims etc.
Update the order
Once we have picked and packed your order, our system then automatically communicates back to Shopify to confirm that we have fulfilled all the line items on the order and then mark the orders as fullfiled.
Whilst marking an order as fulfilled on Shopify we also add any relevant tracking numbers, this includes the Postal company and any specific tracking links to help your customers track their order online.
Once tracking information has been uploaded to Shopify, this triggers an email to your customer advising them that the goods have been packed and fulfilled, it also advises them of any relevant tracking numbers, all completely automatically.
