Most packages arrive with our goods in team the day after collection
Day 2Process the Return
Our Goods In Team check the parcel including contents, condition and quantities
Our team advise on next steps
Our team once the return has been checked, advise you of the condition and if any problems, we then follow your procedure to process returns
